Only one of to different WLANs is accessable

Freshman MemberIn my house I run an an NWA50AX PRO accesspoint with two different WLANs configured.
One works perfectly (WPA2, 5Ghz), the other one (WPA2,2,4Ghz) not. The SSID is spread in the WLAN but as soon as I try to connect, the client says that it can not connect. And it doesn't matter what client it is (mobile phone, camera etc.)
I created that configuration under use of the Setup-Wizard.
What could be the reason for that?

To better check this issue, we need your help to collect:
- The diagnostic file. Please collect it after the client connecting issue occurs.
- Please share the MAC address of the issue device.
