How To Add FQDN fo Viber and Wechat in ATP 700

I already added FQDN for Viber app but can not connect. I want to setup to allow Viber and Wechat for user

    Hi @SalaiRobin,

    Have you checked the logs if the traffic has been blocked by any security policy? By default security policy, these apps should be able to use.

    you may what to try

    *.Viber.com

    then clear DNS cache on PC and USG

    it can be hard to allow a App by FQDN due to the APP may use a IP not done by DNS

    I would use the Content Filter service instead of fqdn for this.
