Dear support,
I have updated my Zyxel WX3100-T0 to the latest firmware version 5.50(ABVL.4.4)C0, and it contains a bug that prevents clients from detecting the WiFi network. The WX3100 appears to be functioning properly (WiFi LED is on, WiFi is enabled in the admin panel, etc.), but clients cannot see the WiFi network.
If I downgrade the firmware to the previous version 5.50(ABVL.4.3)C0, the WiFi network becomes visible to clients again.
Could you please investigate this issue?

I would suggest to use old firmware version and reach out to your ISP to discuss about this.
