In the old portal for prior routers, we used to have the ability to transfer individual licenses to new routers. This is helpful if a license is accidently activated on the wrong device.

Now in Nebula, we only have the option to transfer the Gold Security Pack in its entirety, not the individual licenses.

Can we get the ability to transfer the individual licenses added back?

    Hi @P4Colin,

    The security service included in the security pack can't be transferred separately; it can only be transferred as part of the entire pack. 

    This behavior is for the myZyxel and NCC portals.
