Hello Just buy a occasion gs1350-12hp

After reset still cloud light is Green and default user and password doesnt work

How to force ?

    Hi @Christzofdu69,

    To factory default your switch, please press the restore button for 10 seconds.

    In addition, if the cloud light is stable green when you connect to your network with Internet, this switch is still registered on Nebula. Please ask your seller to remove it from his organization. Or, you can use Nebula APP to register to your org/site to let your switch run in Nebula mode.
