Hello everyone,

I have installed latest firmware but I still see multiple disconnections with an AP powered via POE with a new 100HP:

They are too much regular, really strange behaviour.

Any ideas about it?

    Hi @GiuseppeR,

    Please help to clarify:

    1. Does this site have dual WAN?
    2. If yes, could you set a policy route rule to fix the outgoing traffic of this AP in one WAN? Below is an example: image.png
    3. If not, please help enable Zyxel support access and share the local credentials of the 100H so we can check this issue.

    yes the firewall is dual WAN but the WAN2 is always down until we close an issue with the ISP:

    Would you like that I set that rule anyway?

    Please let me know, just to avoid to change something in the settings I made weeks ago that could change scenarios avoiding Zyxel to replicate the issue
