NR5103 recovery options no web interface

During a firmware update, there was a power cut. The NR5103
web interface won't come back up. Is there any way of recovery via USB, TFTP or?

It is suggested that you contact the store where you purchased NR5103 for assistance.

Thanks for the reply. I have been back to the shop, they have advised me there is nothing they can do as it's out of warranty. So it looks like I have a new paper weight, unless anybody has any other suggestions
