Is there a way to remove one of the test services that came in a standard 30 days test version?

The security pack I want you o remove is obviously the Web filtering servixe which prevents me from accessing my internal html pages because it classifies them as being unsecure. The name of the service that pops up is Trellix.

So please remove this thing - I don't want to switch back to my old USG40 and wait until the test period to this unwanted servie has finally expired.

    — MAC address & SN number are removed by Zyxel agent—

    Many thanks in adavance.

    Hi @wolfman ,

The Web Filtering license applies to the Web Content Filter and DNS Content Filter functions. This license is unlikely to be causing the issue preventing access to your internal HTML pages.

We recommend checking other settings related to your internal HTML pages first.
If you still wish to remove the trial Web Filtering license, please confirm, and we will proceed with implementation.

Disabeling all the content filters did not change anything. Then I switched back to my old USG40 and it works there without any problems. So please remove the web filtering service - I hope that this will resolve the issue.

    Hi @wolfman ,

We would like to inform you that it is not possible to terminate a single service individually. The only option available is to terminate the entire GSP trial Pack.

prevents me from accessing my internal html pages because it classifies them as being unsecure. The name of the service that pops up is Trellix

We would also like to help you investigate the issue regarding your inability to access your internal HTML. Please share the following detailed information with us:

    • Your network topology related to your USG FLEX 100, your end client, your internal HTML setup. Information on how your devices are connected, the IP addresses and other relevant configuration details.
    • The exact error message you receive when attempting to access your internal HTML, providing the screenshot if possible.

Additionally, please enable WAN access to facilitate our investigation.
