Problem with WX3100-T0 unit

Hi, I have 2 WX3100-T0 units, one of then has an old firmware version V5.50(ABVL.2.1)Y0 and I need to update it but when I go into Maintenance, firmware upgrade is not there. can anyone help please.

  I think you need to contact the store where you got the WX3100 for assistance.

  Thanks, but got it off ebay and it is stamped with an ISP logo that I don't use. Is there any why of over riding the software that is on board? Many thanks
