Internet issue. New to this company

in Home Router
I changed Internet company and they sent me this router VMG8623-T50B. They told me they have to sent someone over to connect it. Is there a way to connect it myself cause I can't wait for 10 days for the company to come.
I'm trying to connect with 192.168.1.1 but it doesn't load.

usually internet service provider has their own settings to fit in the network. give it a wait to have someone come in and set it correct, so to prevent furtuer internet disconnecting issue.
