I suggest connecting to the device via the console port.

NXC management interface doesn't provide DHCP server function, maybe you can setup static IP on your NIC which is in the same subnet and VLAN as NXC, and then try again. (Ex: IP.addr = 192.168.1.3, Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.0, Default gateway as blank)0 - 
            
I agree that connect the console to NXC and reboot NXC again. Check if there are some error message show on....Alfonso said:Hi @fgssg

connect the console cable is the fast way to check the NXC status.
