Cant login to my GS1900hpv24

Hi! I purchased 2 new GS1900hpv24 PoE switches. When I access the switches I'm promted to change default password which I do. But when I try to login again, nothing happens. If I try with a wrong password I'll get the error msg for incorrect password but when I try with the correct password, nothing happens. It's like the Loginbutton doesnt work.
I have 2 older GS1900 switches that works without any proeblems. I've tried using both W10 and W11 computers and Edge, Fitrefox and Chrome but all the same result.

Hi @Larmhenrik ,
Please try logging in your new GS1900HPv24 using a private/incognito browser window with the correct password. This will ignore the exist cookie and cache.
If you continue to experience the same issue, use this tool
to record your login process and share the recording with us for further troubleshooting.0 -
I tried with incognito but it didn't help. Here's the Jam-video
And I can also add that I enabled Java and cookies and pop-up blocker is disabled.

Hi @Larmhenrik ,
To proceed with your case, we need to establish a remote session to your switch's local GUI. Please check your community inbox for detailed instructions.

Hi @Larmhenrik ,
We have been unable to reproduce the issue you are experiencing when using our password. To further investigate, could you please share your new switch's current password with us? This would allow us to test whether we can replicate the issue under the same conditions you are facing.

HI @Larmhenrik ,
We've reproduced the issue using the password you provided. We believe the problem occurs because the password contains a quotation mark ("), which appears to be a disallowed character.
We'll evaluate adding an enhancement to clearly indicate which characters are allowed for passwords. In the meantime, please reset your GS1900-24HPv2 to factory configuration and change the password according to the following rule that we shared in the User Guide:
"Enter your new system password using the keyboard characters ('a – z', 'A – Z', '0 – 9', ~!@#$%^&*()_+`–={}[]:;<>./). The allowed string length is 1 to 64."1 -
OK. Thank you for taking your time to adress the issue. I will reset and change the password to something else.
