Cannot connect to NXC2500 via 192.168.1.1

I cannot connect the NXC2500 to my computer via 192.168.1.1 even after I reset the unit. I tried from port 1 to port 6.

I suggest connecting to the device via the console port.

NXC management interface doesn't provide DHCP server function, maybe you can setup static IP on your NIC which is in the same subnet and VLAN as NXC, and then try again. (Ex: IP.addr = 192.168.1.3, Subnet Mask = 255.255.255.0, Default gateway as blank)0 -

connect the console cable is the fast way to check the NXC status.
