Hi, can you help me to find the best configuration for Whatsapp calls with WIFI?

  • USG FLEX100W (WIFI OFF)
  • NWA90AX

    I would like to clarify with you some questions:

    1. What issue did you encounter when having a WhatsApp call with Wi-Fi?
    2. What mode is your firewall and AP? On-premise? Nebula?
    3. Are these devices upgraded to the latest firmware?
    4. Did you try to call others when using the same Wi-Fi?

    1- the voice skips, it is heard in fits and starts

    2- Nebula

    3 yes , last firmware

    4 - yes, random, not always with the same people
