Urgent: Can anyone send me an old firmware of ZyWALL USG 20W?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the old firmware for ZyWALL USG 20W and wondering if anyone has it then would it be possible to share with me one? I updated the router to the last firmware - version 3.30(BDR.9) and all configuration settings are gone…. I need old version like BRD.0, .3 or .5… Tried to find on internet to no success. It would be great if anyone has the old firmware….

    Hi @TorTor,

    Upgrade the firmware won't lose the configuration. I suggest you check the upgrade procedure (.bin file).

    Please be aware that the ZyWall USG20W model has reached its end-of-life (EOL) status, which means our support for it will be limited.

    Thank you for your comment. What I meant was that the options disappeared on the configuration tab of the web control GUI of the router after updating the firmware from version BDR.3 to BDR.9. I need the settings to configure the old router for my client. I'm upgrading the old router to a new one but I really need to configure the old one 1st. Could you please send me an old firmware?
