UTF-8 support for SSID in Nebula

To Zyxel dev team(s),


I would like to suggest utf-8 characters in Nebula platform.
Particullary of interest it would be swedish lang specific characters "å,ä,ö".

I need to replace another wifi system where the current ssid has ä in its name and Nebula does not allow characters "å,ä,ö".
