    Good morning, I wanted to warn the whole community that if you do the firmware update and you have NSWs, behind the firewall, they are disconnected from the cloud, even if they work standalone; be careful because then you have to downgrade the firmware; I'm just trying to solve the problem now with the Great Zyxel Team.     Update: I thank the whole great Zyxel Team and the Great Chris and , for having solved my problem definitively with the NSG50/100/200 firewalls that no longer communicated with the NSW series switches; Basically the problem is the ISP DNS, before I had Google DNS, (the famous 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), after the firmware update, in my case, thanks to Chris and the Zyxel team, I had to manually enter the DNS of the service provider of each single firewall on each firewall, now everything is solved! Thanks to the real-time efficiency of Zyxel. Thanks Chris and thanks Zyxel. Andrea
