I have some questions about devices and End Of Life cycle.

Is there a way to find out WHEN an device will be End Of Life. For example i understand that the USF Flex 200 will be end of life in 2030. Where can i get this information?

So i would like to know When will the USG Flex H series be End Of Life? Or unknow yet?

The same for the Next Models: USG Flex 100AX, USG Flex 50AX and the USG20W

Is it possible to get some templates in Nebula for those devices? (even we haven't those devices on site yet), first to see how those device can be configured in Nebula? (which settings are available).

    Yes, the models you mentioned are currently for sales, we cannot provide the date of End-of-Support or End-of-Life since we even haven't scheduled a date for End-of-Sales of these models.

    The flex 200 is still being sold it is likely Zyxel say the EOL 1-2 years before it does

    What I don't get is End of Vulnerability Support is not the same date as End of Life seems a bit pointless if its not going to be updated.

    oh wait the last part i allready have. How is it for example with the 20w? The wireless part is just configured under Access Point i think?

    Hello @Zyxel_James

    I cannot see on that page the estimated EOL for the items now on the market.

    For example for the firewall USG FLEX 200:

    there is no written EOL date (maybe 2030-12-31?).

    Same thing if I would like to know the EOL for an ATP200.

    There I see only the products that are now in EOL, no plans for future EOL.

    So there is no way to tell clients when Flex200, ATP200 or FlexH200 are going to EOL.

    so the usg flex 200 will not be sold anymore, is this something what we can find on the site somewhere?
