Counterintuitive positioning Security Rules for FlexH series and slow page when drag&drop

Hello everyone,

when you visit this page:

to set a new rule, Nebula places it at the bottom of the list.

When you manage those rules on prem the FlexH puts it on top:

So on Nebula page -with FlexH series firewall- you have to drag and drop the "new" rule and you see lags when managing rules when there is a huge number of rules.

Like in this case:

I had to try to move the last added rule from bottom to top, drag and dropping it multiple times.

It is strange to see a fresh added rule on last line (21) while I wanted it on first one.
