USG 110 isseus with skype calls

Hi all

I am experiencing issues with Skype sound freezes randomly on deferent users on skype calls , I have dual wan configuration . Is there a new firmware or somthing that might resolve my issues .

    Which firmware version is working on your USG110?

    What’s download/upload speed ISP provided?

    Is any drop log entry in monitor > log page?

    Does the symptom still exist when only 1 WAN is connected?

    Can you also describe your network topology and Skype client connection status.(WiFi or wired client)
