Since the NSW100-10 switch is a pure Nebula cloud Switch, its login password will be the same as the Nebula site-wide password. Please go to Site-wide > Configure > Site settings to check the password on NCC.

For resetting the switch, the NSW100-10 does not feature a physical reset button. To restore factory defaults, you will need to use .bin and .rom files (download link). This process involves connecting via a console cable and reloading these files, as detailed in this article.

Please note that NSW100 series is already EoL. While the NSW100-10 can still be used, for optimal performance and access to current support, we recommend exploring newer switch offerings like the GS1920 series.
