    Hi @torfkop

According to our checks, we observed successful connection records for the device. As shown in the attached screenshot, the STA with MAC 06:15:f2:9a:e1:b2 connected to the AP on 2025/9/1 at 07:30 (UTC+0) and was able to operate normally for a period of time without disconnection issues.

Regarding the concern where specific STAs are unable to connect to the AP, we would like to confirm if this issue is still occurring. We also noticed that the signal strength for the STAs 06:15:f2:9a:e1:b2 and 80:04:5f:a2:de:44 is not ideal.

If the problem persists, please help to move the device closer to the AP and attempt to connect again, and kindly record the timestamp for our reference.

    For radio configuration, we recommend:

    • 5 GHz channel width: 40 MHz
    • 2.4 GHz channel deployment: All available channels
    • Disable “Avoid 5G DFS channel” to enable DFS channels

Please note that reducing the channel width from 80 MHz to 40 MHz may improve connection stability for STAs with weak signals, but it will not improve the actual signal strength. If the main problem is frequent disconnection or high retransmission rates, reducing the channel width can help. However, if signal quality itself needs improvement, we suggest optimizing AP placement or considering the addition of more APs.
