    Hi @jpg ,

The limited configuration interface on your NWA1123-AC2 access point is caused by the device operating in Cloud Mode. When an AP is managed through the cloud, local web interface functionality is restricted.

To address the issue, please verify the Management Mode of your NWA1123-AC2 first. Navigate to Dashboard of the Web GUI to check the AP’s management mode.

    The AP in Standalone mode

If the AP is in standalone mode, the management mode status would display as ‘Standalone’.

    The AP in Cloud mode

If the AP is in Cloud mode, the Cloud Control Status would appear in the dashboard and the three Circles (Internet, Nebula, Registration) would display in green

Since your AP is in Cloud mode, you must remove the AP from NCC organization in order to restore the full local configuration access.

Please log into NCC using your account. Navigate to Organization-wide > License & Inventory > Devices. Locate your AP in the device list and select the AP you want to remove from cloud management.

Click the Action button and select "Remove from organization".

After successfully removing the AP from the NCC organization, wait 2-3 minutes for the change to take effect. Then, log back into the AP's web GUI using its local IP address. You should now have full access to all configuration options since the AP will operate in standalone mode with complete local management capabilities.

Hope this would help you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. Thanks.

    Best Regard,

    Lynn
