SecuReporter - ADDS User Logs - Web Content Filter




Hello everyone!
@Zyxel_Melen, I'd like your help evaluating my case. I have a Nebula Pro license, and my USG FLEX 500H firewalls are properly registered.
Although the current firmware version of the USG FLEX 500H doesn't support the SSO agent, I configured the necessary settings so that my Active Directory and certain user groups were correctly recognized by the firewall.
This was enough for my Captive Portal to work perfectly, authenticating users from the AD database.With the above settings in place, I expected to be able to easily view the web access logs of my AD users, but that's not happening. Note in the image below that the username is not displayed, but rather "ad-user." Please note:
On another screen, I can filter by user, which in my case is the user's ID number; however, no information is returned. See:
To avoid any confusion, I've verified that data transmission to SecuReporter is properly enabled on the firewall. Please note:
Given the information presented, I'm requesting support so I can collect information about my AD users' web access logs.

Thanks for reaching us. For this issue, I would like to check the event log on this USG FLEX 500H. Could you help to enable Zyxel support access for the organization that this firewall belongs to?
