Dear Sir/Madam,

Our device is work normally as below, but in Nebula Orchestrator the device status is off. Please advise us. Thank you.

    Could you help to check if these VPN 300 are able to access the Internet and resolve domain?

    Please help to login to the device and use the diagnostic tool (ping/nslookup) to check these first.

    Hello Melen,

    Yes, confirmed VPN300 is able to access the internet and the issue is happen at around 10:05, HK and TW have same issue. And VPN300 already restart but still no show on nebula orchestrator suddenly.

    Besides, VPN300 WAN1 and WAN3 also have traffic, so which can access the Internet and resolve domain
