Failing to add a brand new ZyWALL Flex 100H to Nebula



Hello,
I'm attempting to add a ZyWALL FLEX 100H to our Nebula account, I've created the organisation and attempted to add the device using the serial number and mac address but it says the device is already in use. I've checked in more > My devices and services and the device is listed in here however it's not linked to an organisation or site. If I try to scan the QR code on the nebula app it just says 'an unexpected error has occurred'.
The device does appear in my portal.zyxel.com account and nebula, I just can't assign it to anything.
Please let me know if you need anything else from me.

Please provide a photo that proves you own this device (including the MAC address and serial number sticker), and we will investigate the issue and take the necessary actions.
