"Firewall Network application" not showing remote backup data

Hello everyone,

I have a remote backup that seems to be invisible to this widget:

But in this ORG I setup a that remote backup that goes online with gigs of traffic:

the first client with more than 57 gigs of traffic is a server NAS.

How I can fix it?

This is the site with NAS, back up server, and connect with other sites with site-to-site VPN?

no, this is another ORG.

On the other post I used ORG1 and ORG2 and ORG3 (inside ORG3 there is the remote server NAS).

So consider this issue as based on ORG4 (nothing to share with ORG1 and ORG2), saving data to ORG3.

As you can see local server NAS on ORG4 sent a little bit less than 60 gigs of data to another server on ORG3 but "firewall network applications" on ORG4 does not show these 60 gigs while "firewall clients by usage" shows it.

May I know the application this NAS uses to send the data to org 3? I checked the application of this client in last 7 days, but I didn't find any application matches this traffic.

the NAS is using Synology Hyper Backup to transfer and sync data.
