content filter trial package not active

I’ve run into that before too — sometimes the trial shows as active but doesn’t actually kick in right away. a quick logout and back in usually helps, and if not, it’s worth double-checking the license status in nebula. If it still doesn’t show up, support can usually push it through on their end.

Please note that the Content Filter Pack Trial is designed to work exclusively with specific Zyxel models, as illustrated below.
If you do not have one of these models, the Content Filter functions will not be available. This is likely why you are seeing the notification to purchase a package, as the system cannot find applicable hardware for the trial license.
To help us investigate further, if you are using a compatible device, please provide a screenshot of the notification you are receiving. Alternatively, you can enable Zyxel Support Access so we can check your organization and site directly.
To enable this, please go to Help (identified by the question mark icon at the upper right corner of the Nebula portal) > Support Request > Zyxel Support Access, then enable and save. Also, kindly provide your organization and site name via private message.
