Hello everyone,
the idea is to show, on the DHCP List, the online/offline status of a device.

Hi @Maverick87,
Thank you for sharing your idea with us. To better understand your request, could you please clarify a bit more? For example:
- Which firewall model are you referring in this case?
- In which DHCP list view would you expect the online/offline status to be shown?
- How would you like this feature to be presented?
- Could you share more details on how you would apply this feature in your scenario and operation?
For reference, on the USG FLEX H series firewall GUI under Network Status > Device Insight, the device status already shows online/offline information. Is this similar to what you are looking for on the DHCP list?
To enable the Device Insight functionality, please refer to this FAQ.
Your additional input will help us better evaluate the request and see how it can be considered for future enhancements.

Hi @Zyxel_Tina
oh wow, I didn't know about this feature. However, it seems very slow at retrieving insights, and I can't figure out how it retrieves the device list. I activated the feature 10 minutes ago, but so far it's only managed to retrieve 7 out of over 25 connected devices.
For now, seems also that have retrived only the information of a MacBook connected via lan, my Windows computer is in status "Verifying".
Thank you

Hi @Zyxel_Tina
I see the Device Insights, but seems to be very slowly, I think because on retriving the information about SO and Category.I think that you can get the online/offline status and put on DHCP list, only this functionality. In my opinion, this is the only feature needed.
Then, I agree, you can see the rest from the insights.Thank you

Hi @Maverick87,
Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your comment about "putting the online/offline status on the DHCP list," do you mean, for example, adding a column in the DHCP table screen that shows each device's online or offline status? If so, thanks for your input. We'll be monitoring the votes and comments as part of our evaluation process.
In addition, please kindly note that you may also check devices' online/offline status through the Nebula client list at Site-wide > Clients.

Hi @Zyxel_Tina,
Yes, it's better to add a column into the DCHP List to show if the client is online or offline.
