Share device with end user vs share device with reseller

As a reseller we would like to share devices with our end users. Currently it's the other way around where we have to go into Circle and add a device from another MyZyxel account which sends a request to the end user for approval. This 'one device at a time' is too high of friction and leaves some routers never getting associated to our Circle. Leaving us with the inability to manage the subscriptions.
How can we register a new device to our reseller Circle account and share it with the end user so that it is Zero Touch when the end user receives it?
You might ask. "Why not simply register the device to your reseller MyZyxel account instead of the end user account?" The answer is because we also want our customers to be able to see their router inventory and active subscriptions.

To better help you on this case, may I clarify the relationship in this case?
- How many account is in this scenario? Your account, another MyZyxel account (Reseller?), and the end user's account?
- Which account is the device's owner?
- Who manages the subscription?
Zyxel Melen0 -
- about 110 accounts
- the end user account is the device owner but it doesn't have to be. We're fine if the reseller account is the device owner so long as the device info can be shared with the end user.
- Subscriptions are managed by reseller in Circle.
