Hi. Using a Flex700h, xs1930-12hp and wbe660s.

Some of my devices went off line today, disconnected from nebula, I managed to get them back on line by turning off site wide security sync and rebooting the router.

Since the devices came back on line I can no longer get any WiFi clients to work. They show as connected but there is no internet. WiFi aid says dns failures.

Hardwired devices are still working just WiFi issues at the moment.

Just looking for some assistance. Thanks

Are wifi devices getting a IP from the DHCP server from Flex700h?

Have you tried a ping by IP?

Yes clients receive their IP and show as connected but there is no internet.

I changed the global domain forwarder from auto to custom (8.8.8.8) and it worked for a minute or so but then stopped.

Changed it again to 1.1.1.1 and same thing happened, worked briefly but then stopped.

    Thanks for the reply.

    Hi @JimboJambo

According to your update, it seems the firewall had some issue on DNS packet forwardiing. Did you collect the diagnostic file when the issue happens? If so, please send it to me via private message so we can check this issue.

Thanks and sorry for the slow reply.

I reset the router in the end and set it all up again and now is back working as normal.

Will try and take some diagnostics if it repeats itself.

    Cheers

I have the same issue across all my Zyxel Wireless networks. All locations, different hardware, including my personal residence.

    Hi @Got_Signal

Since the information from your description is limited, please help to share:

    1. What models are in your network?
    2. What was the symptom? DNS failure on specific interface/SSID or all interface?
    3. Did you collect the diagnostic file when the issue happen?

Also, since the FW has released the V1.36 firmware, please help to upgrade it first.
