Ooo I forgot enabled Two-factor Authentication😪

Dam thing had me going round in circles I think some indication on remote access VPN might help not make that mistake.

So on non H models there was a option to enable Two-factor Authentication in VPN gateway setting linking to the Two-factor Authentication page but the FLEX H only has one remote access VPN to enable but no where on the page does it show if Two-factor Authentication is enabled for it so just some linking indication that Two-factor Authentication is enabled would be nice.

To better understand the difference you described regarding 2FA in the VPN gateway settings between non-H models and the FLEX H series, could you please provide screenshots of the relevant configuration pages? Having the information will greatly help us pinpoint the exact issue and assist you more effectively with your request.

like this of course on the FLEX H you can only make one remote access VPN so I guess they didn't think of adding the option yet.
