Restricción de apps moviles en telefonos conectados en wifi mediante router que esta en la lan

muy buenos días como puedo realizar que las apps moviles como facebook, tiktok, instagram y demas redes sociales no se inicien en los telefonos conectados via wifi a un router mercusys (ip lan 192.168.1.1) conectado al puerto lan3 desde un sw tplink donde esta conectado el firewall usg flex 200H. ya hicimos las pruebas en las pc y por navegador no abre ninguna red social y youtube. solo me falta restringir los dispositivos que se conecten al router, no accedan por navegador ni app instaladas en los telefonos. muchas gracias

    Supongo que sigues las preguntas frecuentes como "¿Cómo configurar los servicios de seguridad para bloquear sitios web en USG FLEX H en Nebula?" para configurar la patrulla de aplicaciones y bloquear el tráfico. Dado que es más probable que el enrutador Mercusys use el modo NAT, puedes cambiar la configuración de la política de seguridad con la patrulla de aplicaciones. Cambia la IP de origen a la IP del enrutador Mercusys.

    I assume you follow the FAQ like "How to setup Security Services to block website on USG FLEX H on Nebula?" to configure the application patrol to block the traffic. Since the mercusys router is more likely using NAT mode, you can change your security policy setting with the appllication patrol. Please change the source IP to the mercusys router's IP.

    revisando el link que me indicas, claro si tengo una politica para restriccion de acceso a las redes sociales, las pc en mi lan interna, no se conectan, haciendo las pruebas con mi movil conectandome al router mercusys a traves de wifi, las aplicaciones instaladas (facebook, instagram, youtube, si pueden abrir) aclaro son las apps que normalmente se descargan desde playstore o ios.

    De lo contrario, el USG FLEX H no podrá controlar el tráfico, ya que el Wi-Fi podría no pasar a través de él.

    Gracias por la topología. Supongo que la dirección IP de la interfaz WAN de Mercusys corresponde al puerto LAN P3 del USG FLEX H. En ese caso, deberá configurar una política de seguridad con APP Patrol para la IP WAN de Mercusys. A continuación, encontrará un ejemplo. También le enviaré un video tutorial por mensaje privado.

    Thanks for the topology. I assume the IP address of Mercusys's WAN interface is from USG FLEX H LAN P3. Then you will need to configure a security policy with the APP patrol for the Mercusys's WAN IP. Below is the example. I will also send you a guide video in the private message.
