Router FWA505 bought as second hand in ebay cannot be added to Nebula
When putting the serial number, I receive the following message "cannot find device". But when I enter the router as administrator (through 192.168.1.1), I see that my device is in the Nebula Control Center Status.
I tried to get some support by Zyxel Customer Service, but when I put the serial number they tell me to ask my ISP that is Three UK (and I live in Italy and bought it in ebay).
I believe there must be some support from Zyxel in this case, but so far I didn't get any.
Is there someone else with such a problem?

Welcome to the Zyxel Community!
As you saw the device is in the Nebula Control Center Status, it seems the ownership still remains with the original owner account. That’s why you’re unable to add it to yours.
To transfer the device to your account, please use the Nebula Mobile App to scan the device’s QR code and register it again under your account.
