No 5G Connection

To help us diagnose the issue accurately, could you please describe the issue you observed in detail and provide the following details:
- Device model name
- Whether 5G service is available in your area, and whether the same SIM works in another device.
- Screenshots of:
- System Info page
- Cellular Info page
In the meantime, please also check the following to rule out common causes:
1. Verify the SIM Card
Ensure the SIM is correctly inserted (chip facing down, beveled corner top-left) before powering on the device. Check its status in the local GUI; if locked, enter the PIN, or contact your ISP for a PUK if blocked. Confirm with your ISP that your SIM is active and has 5G service enabled in your area.
2. Check 5G & APN Settings
In the local GUI, go to: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular Band
- Set Preferred Access Technology to include 5G or select NR5G-NSA/4G (Auto Switch).
- Enable Band Auto Selection.
If needed, manually configure APN under: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular APN
3. Improve Signal Reception
Position the device for optimal signal, such as near a window.
