My device cannot establish a connection. The SIM card is also not recognized. What can I do?

    To help us diagnose the issue accurately, could you please describe the issue you observed in detail and provide the following details:

    1. Device model name
    2. Whether 5G service is available in your area, and whether the same SIM works in another device.
    3. Screenshots of:
      • System Info page
      • Cellular Info page

    In the meantime, please also check the following to rule out common causes:

    1. Verify the SIM Card

    Ensure the SIM is correctly inserted (chip facing down, beveled corner top-left) before powering on the device. Check its status in the local GUI; if locked, enter the PIN, or contact your ISP for a PUK if blocked. Confirm with your ISP that your SIM is active and has 5G service enabled in your area.

    2. Check 5G & APN Settings

    In the local GUI, go to: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular Band

    • Set Preferred Access Technology to include 5G or select NR5G-NSA/4G (Auto Switch).
    • Enable Band Auto Selection.

    If needed, manually configure APN under: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular APN

    3. Improve Signal Reception

    Position the device for optimal signal, such as near a window.
