Freshman Member
"Although my NXC 2500 device has 56 AP licenses, I am receiving a 'Limited AP' warning even though only 52 access points are currently active. What could be the cause of this issue, and how can I resolve it?"

Hi @Orucoglu,
Please be aware that the NXC2500 has reached EOL, meaning it no longer receives new firmware updates or bug fixes. Since the latest firmware addresses several known issues and may help resolve the symptom you’re experiencing, we recommend ensuring your device is updated to Version: 6.10(AAIG.2)C0, which can be downloaded from our website, as shown in the image below.
For long-term support and better security and performance, we also suggest considering migration to a newer device such as the USG FLEX 100.

Dear Zyxel Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to inform you that I have already applied the recommended firmware update to the affected Access Points as advised. I have also attached screenshots/images confirming the current firmware version and update status.
Despite completing the update, the issue still persists. Could you please review the provided details and help identify where the problem might be occurring?
If any additional logs, configuration files, or diagnostics are needed, I would be happy to provide them.
Thank you in advance for your support.
I look forward to your guidance.Best regards,

Hi @Orucoglu,
From the screenshot you provided, the status showing❕an exclamation mark indicates that the AP has a configuration conflict. Additionally, the "Limited" label appears in the type column when the AP is configured with conflicting or unsupported settings.
If you need more detailed information, please click on "More Information" to check the specific reason why the AP is limited.
