Hello,

I open this discussion on behalf of society Plug'in Design, whose installation includes and is limited to 3 Wifi AP deployed on a given site.

Since a few days ago (especially since 11th of December ), we are experiencing issues with the wifi connectivity. It has become unstable, and when connected, speeds are at least 10 times less than what we had before the issue. On our end, we didn't observe issues on the gateway, and devices connected to it through the same cable network the APs use get the correct speeds for a cable connection.

We investigated a bit in the admin console, but the logs didn't really give us any insight on what the issue could be, and the settings have apparently not changed. All APs are up, with a fixed green led light.

Can you provide pointers on what we could do to resolve this issue?

Thank you.

I have actually opened a support ticket related to this issue as the direction wants faster resolution.

Following the support ticket, it seems that configuration was somehow lost(?) and the radio settings were set to default inappropriate values.
After changing some values, speeds went from barely 3Mbs to 60-80Mbs.

Not sure what caused the issue, since from what I've been told, nothing was changed in this time frame in the admin console.
