Site wide - Clients page often with spinning wheel

Hello everyone,

I see on my side that the Clients page is often loading infinitely with spinning wheel:

To see listed Clients I have to select the scroll down menu:

Is it a random issue?

    Hi @GiuseppeR,

    Regarding the infinite loading issue on the Clients page, we’ve checked this on our side but haven’t been able to observe the same behavior.

    To help us investigate further, could you please enable Zyxel Support Access and provide us the org. & site name? This will allow us to check the status directly.

    As for your comment “To see listed Clients I have to select the scroll down menu”, could you please help clarify what specific behavior or issue you are encountering here?

    For example, do you mean:

    • the client list only appears after you change a filter or dropdown option, or
    • the page does not display any clients by default until you interact with the menu?

    Additional details would be helpful. If possible, we’d also appreciate it if you could record a short video (using Jam) to demonstrate the behavior you’re seeing. This would help us better understand the exact issue and speed up the investigation.

    Hi @Zyxel_Tina

    I see this behavoiur among different ORGs without a specific reason, it just happens.

    When I select the dropdown menu and then click on Firewall Clients I see the Clients so it is like "the client list only appears after you change a filter or dropdown option"

    Anyway it is really random, sometimes I see that issue using an ORG with multiple sites… with 2 out of 3 Clients list is working properly and it gets the infinite loading with the third one.

    Mainly via Firefox browser versions.
