NR7101 Problems with Carrier Aggregation

I have an issue concerning CA - my FW is ABUV.11 - Module RG502QEAACR13A04M4G_ZYXEL.
Since a few days i have only two bands combined, one lte and one 5G - before it was four LTE-Bands and one 5G.
This means, that i now only have half of the speed that i could use before. My Provider is Telekom Germany. The Provider says, there is no technical problems around my building and that they did not change CA-Rules in their software.

We require confirmation on where the NR7101 was purchased. If the device was acquired through DT, we recommend reaching out to their support team. If it was purchased from an alternative channel, please provide the name of the vendor.
