Nebula NSW100-28P reset /restore
Hello I have recently obtained a used switch as above.
I have set it up in the device in Nebula on the app, and it is showing on ZON. It has a different IP address but I dont have the admin password to change it or set up correctly.
It wont connect to NCC. I need control of it in order to configure it as currently I am unable to utilise it fully.
Please are you able to assist?

Since NSW100-28P has reached its end of life status, the support we can provided is limited. For information on alternative options, you also can refer to the available models:

is there anyway I can reset it. It needs to be factory reset - although the devices connected are working it’s running on a totally different IP add 192.168.2.2 to the rest of the network and without the admin password I cannot do anything. Please help.

I have sent the console port location and the spec of the console to you via private message. Please check the message and find a console cable to process the factory default process.
