    Hi @everymanopsys,

    Welcome to the Zyxel Community!

To better assist you, could you please share more details regarding your specific usage scenario or purpose for setting a "fixed routable IP"?

Generally, there are two common scenarios for this configuration in the NCC:

Scenario 1: Assigning a Static Public IP to the WAN Interface

Use this if your ISP has provided you with a fixed public IP address for your internet connection.

    1. Go to Site-wide > Configure > Firewall > Port and interface.
    2. Edit the WAN Interface: Click the pencil icon to edit your desired WAN interface/port
    3. Set to Static: Under Address assignment, change the method from "DHCP" to "Static".
    4. Enter Details: Input the IPv4 address/Network Mask and Gateway provided by your ISP.
    5. Save: Once saved, NCC will automatically push the settings to the device (provided it has an active internet connection).

Scenario 2: Configuring the LAN Interface (Internal Gateway)

Use this to define the fixed IP for your local network segment.

    1. Go to Site-wide > Configure > Firewall > Port and interface.
    2. Edit the LAN Interface: Click the pencil icon for the desired LAN zone
    3. IP Assignment: Ensure it is set to "Static" and enter your desired IPv4 address/Network Mask.
    4. DHCP/DNS (Optional): You can also enable the DHCP Server here to manage internal IP pools and specify DNS servers.
    5. Save: Click "Save" to apply the configuration.

    Note:

    • Changes may take a few minutes to be pushed from NCC to your USG FLEX 200H.
    • Ensure your IP settings align with your network design to avoid connectivity conflicts.

If these steps don't quite match your goal, please provide more details and we will be happy to assist further!
