Hello,
Currently I get a timed out on all 4 IP of nebula.zyxel.com.
According to last status from december 25, the incident was resolved within the same day, which means there is currently an unknown ongoing incident.
Other Amazon hosted content seems to work correctly.

Just to clarify your case, could you please confirm:
- Are you getting the timeout when accessing the Nebula Control Center portal, or when you ping the 4 resolved IP addresses of the domain? (We've tested accessing
https://nebula.zyxel.comvia browser from our side and it works without issues.) - If possible, please share:
- The 4 IP addresses you tested
- A screenshot or short video recording showing the timeout behavior
This will help us better understand the issue and further assist with troubleshooting.
