The switch offline issue is because your NSG100 has issue on resolving DNS for d.nebula.zyxel.com.
It can be resolved by add an A record.
Additionally, NSG100 has reached its end-of-life status. To ensure the security of your network, you can consider upgrading to the new firewall.
