EX3301-T0 How to get notified if WAN drops

I want to get notified by the router (on my local LAN) if the WAN connection drops.
I was thinking it might raise SNMP traps or similar, but I couldn't find anything in the manual.
Is this sort of thing do-able?

go to log setting and you can select WAN related log and sent it to your mail when there is alarm or notification etc.. not sure if SNMP is supporting.

SNMP traps are supported on the Zyxel EX3301-T0, see below extract from the user manual.
an example of the Zyxel SNMP MIB is at
