    Sorry for the delay in responding. I haven't gotten down to the new switch to test, however, I did get it moved over to the Management VLAN and can access it remotely still.

    Not sure when I can get down there, but is there something that you would like me to specifically test when I do? That is, since this appears to be adapter related. I was only planning on trying a different USB to Ethernet NIC.

    Same problem for me…

    I have configured VLAN 99 to port-4, and same white screen showed up for me as well.

    I used this converter for my MacOS. I can successfully done ping but could not load Web GUI while VLAN 99 set for the IP configuration. Also I'm sure that my Mac is sending out packets with 99 VLANs.

    Any help will be appreciated. I just bought this switch and could not even handle tagged traffic management yet.

    Our team also did some investigation on this issue, which is identified the NIC's driver issue since that our switch sends the packet with VLAN ID to the NIC, but the NIC doesn't reply after the switch sends 1200 bytes packet in the middle of the TCP process (HTTP/HTTPs).

    We solved this issue by deleting the driver from Windows device manager and Windows will use its default driver (1.18.19.1128/2012/08/05).

    Hi @joomlax

    Since we are not sure which NIC and method you set the VLAN on the MacOS. But you can use untagged VLAN with PVID for this case, which is a normal configuration for a PC. The switch sends traffic with a VLAN ID that doesn't have any issue.
