FQDN stopped update IP lookup

So I have been trying to make this happen to find the cause but can't…I thought it was to do with interface disconnecting to trigger the problem but must of been a coincidence.

I some what wonder if it was to do with nebula and there was a change? but can't think how nebula would cause this because the FQDN would be updated on the FLEX side so nebula would have no reason to stop the lookups from happening…
