Hello dear friend,
I bought a xmg3927 b50a model modem from my friend. But I couldn't find the latest software anywhere. Where can I download the latest software file and how can I install it? I would be glad if you support me. Thank you.

You can find the FW on this web page:
https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/support/end-of-life
From the device label, you should see a gateway IP
ex.192.168.1.1
login with the admin and password on the device label and try to upgrade the FW
If you cannot find the upgrade FW button in the GUI that means you might have to contact the vendor customer service.0
