NWA130BE won't update from firmware version V7.20(ACIL.3) to V7.30(ACIL.2)

Hello
Today I wanted to update my nebula managed NWA130BE to latest firmware version When I press the upgrade button it starts flashing new firmware but when it reboots it's reporting old firmware version. It's weird because my second NWA130BE updated normally. Can anyone help?

    I tried to update the AP manually but when I upload the bin file from firmware I downloaded from your website it gives me firmware content error -25007

    Today I tried to upload the firmware again and it started upgrading but didn't upgrade. I didn't get any errors this time but I'm thinking about factory resetting the AP.

    Thanks for your update. We assume this might not help by resetting to the factory default. We want to ask if you can provide us a remote PC to access to the AP and having some check? The reason we need a remote PC is that we will also perform the firmware upgrade for investigation.

    Sorry, our team miss the message. And we have a remote with you today. From the investigation, we think this device has a hardware issue that cause:

    1. Can't upgrade firmware.
    2. Reset to factory default after upgrade firmware.
