[AX7501-B0] Main SSID won't forward IPv4 traffic from a specific device
Freshman Member
Hi all,
I recently bought a Pixel 10 phone. When I connect to my main SSID, IPv4 traffic is not forwarded. IPv6 traffic flows as expected. With a traceroute, I saw my IPv4 traffic correctly reaches the router, but gets discarded.
I have no MAC filtering rules enabled. I don't understand why this happens, but it is quite frustrating. Any help?
Thanks!

Pixel phones use a "Randomized MAC address" by default for each SSID.
If the Pixel 10 generates a randomized MAC that happens to conflict with an existing lease in the AX7501's ARP or DHCP table, or if it triggers certain security mechanisms (such as IP Source Guard or ARP Inspection), the router may receive the packets but refuse to forward them.
Suggested Test: Please ask the customer to go to the Wi-Fi settings on their Pixel 10, change the "Privacy" option from "Use randomized MAC" to "Use device MAC," and then check if IPv4 traffic returns to normal.
Please also "forget the SSID" then reconnect again0
