VMG3625-T50B handshakes with Gigabit WAN but not VMG3625-T20A

Both of these routers should have gigabit WAN capability, same location, same cables, T20A still establish WAN connection only with 100mbps but VMG3625-T50B uses full 1000mbps wan speed. Are T20A's tech specs wrong or what could be the cause?

You can contact with the person who sell this T20A to you for the latest FW version and change another cable(even you mentioned both devcie test with same cable)
